SANDIFER HOUSE

Casa Sandifer, is a project of creativity, ingenuity and adaptability, to achieve a space according to the needs and personality of its inhabitants. This house in execution -at the moment of retaking it- required a total change of its colonial-type design, -with which its owners did not quite identify-, to design a more contemporary proposal.

The great challenge of this project consisted of adjusting to the plan in execution, work process, general distribution of spaces, structural calculation, budget, cutting of materials, heights, etc; to make way for a habitat, not only aesthetically desirable, but also more sustainable; and thereby contribute to a responsible architectural proposal.
