MNML House is a small urban house which, thanks to its design and the distribution of its spaces, creates a refuge for its owner, that evokes a spirit of simplicity and practicality.
Starting with the use of a scrapped shipping container, the house stays true to a sustainable and eco-friendly philosophy through its design, its use of energy efficient equipment, furniture made out of scrapped construction material and xerophilous gardens.
This disruptive, sustainable and resilient architecture is an example of success in constant post-construction evaluation which refers to the commitment acquired with the construction and its inhabitants, which pays off in the full satisfaction, not only of the client, but of all those involved to make a more humane architecture.
